2. Strong written & spoken English & Bahasa Indonesia
3. Minimum 1 years experience in customer service (fresh graduates are welcome)
4. A strong understanding of customer service principles
5. Demonstrated problem-solving skills, strategic and analytical capabilities
6. Willingness to work in shifts
